- Confirmation of reservation
All reservations/bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the invoiced amount for the reservation. - Payment link:
Please use the secure payment link on the acquahplaceresidences.com website to make payment for your reservation. - Reservations made prior to arrival:
The total cost of your reservation is payable in full 5 days prior to the commencement date of your reservation. - Security Deposit:
If applicable to your reservation, the security deposit must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the commencement date of your reservation. - If you do not make full payment of your accommodation charge and the security deposit (if applicable to your reservation) as above, we have the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
- Reservations made less than 5 days prior to commencement or on the day of arrival:
For reservations made less than 5 days prior to the commencement of the reservation or on the day of arrival, payment must be made in full at the time of making the reservation or you will not be permitted to stay and your reservation will be cancelled. - Cash Payments
Cash payments are not accepted on the day of arrival. Cash payments are only accepted when paid at least 24 hours before the commencement of the reservation. - Cancellation Policy
(a) A cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made no later than 48 hours before the commencement of the reservation.
(b) A cancellation made more than 48 hours to the commencement of the reservation will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation (subject to our refund policy).
(c) A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the commencement of the reservation will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to the charge for the first night’s stay.
(d) A cancellation made after the commencement of the reservation will result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid for the reservation. - Refund Policy
(a) All bank and/or payment transfer charges incurred on payments to Acquah Place Residences or on refunds paid to guest(s) will be borne by the guest(s).
(b) The security deposit paid (where applicable) will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out at the end of the reservation, subject to there being no missing items, damage to the rented property or any unpaid fees or charges (including extra guest fees) incurred by the guest during the reservation. The security deposit will be refunded in the same currency in which it was paid. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover the total cost of missing items, damaged items or unpaid charges (including extra guest fees), the guest will be pay the difference in cost to Acquah Place Residences. - House Rules
The property is let subject to guest(s) agreeing to abide by the property House Rules. - Guest Forms
In accordance with local regulations, each guest must complete a Guest Form and submit a copy of a valid photo ID prior to the commencement of the reservation. - Extra Guest Fees
(a) Even though the apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, please note that extra guest fees will apply for any additional staying guests after the first 2 guests.
(b) Please indicate the total number of staying guests at the time of making your reservation, even if the additional guests will not be staying for the entire duration of the stay of the 2 primary guests. - Check-In and Check-Out Times
(a) Check-in starts from 3p.m. local time. We are happy, however, to accommodate early check-ins upon request in advance, when it is possible.
(b) The check-out time on your date of departure is 11a.m. If you fail to check out at 11a.m. a late check-out fee of US$ 50 will be applied.
(c) A late check-out can only be granted if there are no guests checking into the apartment on your check-out date. A request for a late check-out should be made at least 48 hours before the check-out date.
(d) Where a late check-out is granted, it will be subject to our late check out fee of US$ 50. This entitles the guest to extend check-out up till 6p.m. on the check-out date. If you need to stay longer than this, then an additional night’s charge will be applicable to your reservation.
